Y.D.O View : Professionalism is almost more important than natural ability. Harry has alot of potential but needs to act in a professional manner all the times, some of the time is not good enough. If Harry trains regularly and get his attitude toward football right, he could be a very good player indeed.
Position : Goal Keeper

Strengths : Good shot stopper, very brave. Is a decent player out of goal as well.
Targets : Train hard and up the fitness levels. To receive some goal keeper coaching in the summer 2008.
Y.D.O View : James is a nice lad and a good all round footballer. In goal he is brave and very determined to do the best for his team and has been man of the match on a few occasions. His discipline is also very good.
Position : Midfielder

Strengths : Runs with the ball well and has a good engine. Can strike from distance.
Targets : Improve pass & move
Y.D.O View : William is an important part of the team and has scored important goals for us in the past. I hope he can have a high attendance rate this year to continue his development. William is potentially a very good player.
Position : Striker
Supports : Manchester United
Strengths : Excellent finisher with both feet.
Targets : To adopt a professional attitude in training and keep improving his skills
Y.D.O View : Owen has great talent and while his attitiude has improved in the last 6 months, there is still room for improvement. If Owen can adopt a professional attitude then the world is his oyster. Professionalism is almost more important than natural ability. Professional clubs expect high standards of discipline. Remember there are thousands of kids out there with an abundance of talent, all fighting for a very few places in professional football.
Position : Defender/Defensive midfield
Supports : Burnley.
Strengths : Strong, hard tackling good in the air.
Targets : Improve defencive skills, play some games in midfield, learn defensive midfielder role.
Y.D.O View : Alfie is a very hard tackling left footed defender who has the ability to play in midfield, he will be instrumental in any success we gain next season. Alfie has worked on his defensive game all season and has improved greatly, he's indespensible to the team.

Strengths : Very Quick, Strong, Has the Ability to Beat an Opponent and has a Powerful Strike.
Targets : Practice Techniques of Control and Pass and Off the Ball Running.
Y.D.O View : Sam is an exceptional player, he has all the attributes to become a highly rated young talent. I feel that it is imperitive that Foxhole United help Sam to get a place at Plymouth Argyle FC youth academy, to help him to forfill his potential. This means an increase in technical coaching is essential.
